COCKTAIL BARTENDER – THE TOFF IN TOWN

Level 3 | Approx. 30 hours | Late nights essential

We’re seeking a Cocktail Bartender with at least 4 years’ experience in busy venues to join our late-night team. The Toff is licensed until 5am, and late-night availability is essential.
 

You’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to maintain and develop our solid bar offering, bringing creativity and a proactive approach to cocktail service and bar operations. This role demands consistency, speed, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, late-night environment.
 

What you need:

• Minimum 4 years cocktail bartending experience

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

• Late-night availability on weekdays and weekends (until 5am)

• Current RSA

• Willingness to work closely with the Bar Manager on cocktail menu and service

Preferred:

• WSET Level 2 or 3

• Experience in live music venues or similar
